Can't log into my account - Guild Wars Forums

Ok so last weekend I was able to play on my account fine with no problems, and just a few days ago I tried to log in and it said it did not recognize account information ( code=227) , i typed in my account email and password right. I also went to my NCaccount and tried to change the password there but it still didn't let me. Does anybody know why this problem occured and what can i do to play on my account again? TY if anyone knows

Best anyone can tell you is to contact NCsoft support.
